Description

MITEL 6865 SIP Phone  *refurbished
80C00001AAA-A

The Mitel 6865, a business SIP desk phone, offers exceptional flexibility. It supports up to 9 lines and features 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports. The backlit 3.4" LCD display ensures clear readability. With 8 programmable keys, XML capabilities, native DHSG/EHS headset support, a True HD handset and a hands-free speakerphone with wideband HD audio quality, the Mitel 6865 SIP phone is particularly suitable for small to large businesses.

  • Remarkable audio quality:
All Mitel SIP phones in the 6800 Series feature Mitel’s Hi-Q™ HD audio technology, which ensures better performance and clearer voice quality. Integrated HD wideband audio codecs, advanced audio processing and hardware components that support a true wideband frequency range provide the 6865i with outstanding voice quality. Whether using the handset, speakerphone or headset port, calls always sound clear and natural.

  • Advanced call management:
Thanks to extensive storage for personal directories, call logs and redial lists, as well as 8 programmable keys, the Mitel 6865 makes it easy to manage all frequently used call management functions of the phone. Further productivity-enhancing features are available at the touch of a button: Shared Call Appearance (SCA), Busy Lamp Fields (BLF), 3-way conferencing, call forwarding, call waiting, call parking, call pick-up, intercom and paging. The functions of the 6865 desk phone can also be expanded with up to three expansion modules. These increase productivity through additional programmable keys that provide access to the many advanced functions of this powerful phone.

  • Flexible headset options:
The Mitel 6865 is equipped with an innovative headset port that supports DHSG/EHS and modular 4-pin headset connections. Users with wireless headsets that support DHSG/EHS can now connect directly to the 6865 without having to purchase additional adapters or cables.

  • Environmentally friendly:
All Mitel SIP phones in the 6800 Series are designed with the environment in mind. The 6865 is PoE Class 2 and dynamically changes its PoE class when an expansion module is connected. This enables the phone and network switches to operate more energy-efficiently. The Mitel 6865 also supports optional power adapters with Energy Efficiency Level V. Thanks to reduced packaging made from 100% recycled and biodegradable material, the Mitel 6800 Series SIP phones are among the more environmentally friendly options on the market.
