Description

With the Poly Sync 20 (Bluetooth, USB-C/A), you can make your communication simpler and more efficient. Instead of relying on laptop speakers or improvised solutions, you use a speakerphone designed for today’s working day: quick switching between devices, different meeting setups and the need to be heard clearly even in changing environments.

Whether at an individual workstation, in a small meeting at a table or during a quick coordination call between appointments – the Poly Sync 20 helps you conduct conversations in a more structured way and communicate content clearly. The result: fewer follow-up questions, fewer misunderstandings and a more professional impression in customer calls and internal discussions.

Use & tips

• Place the speakerphone as centrally as possible between participants to support even voice pickup.
• For best intelligibility: reduce background noise (close windows, keep distance from keyboards or fans).
• Use Bluetooth for maximum freedom of movement and USB-C/A if you prefer a stable, wired connection.
• Practical for hybrid working: keep the Poly Sync 20 in your backpack or at a hot desk so you are always ready to go.

Notes

Please check the compatibility of your end device with Bluetooth or USB-C/A before use and select the appropriate audio source in your meeting software. Keep the device clean and dry; a soft, slightly dry cloth is usually sufficient for care. If transported frequently, protected storage is recommended to help protect the housing and connections.
